“ Just bought my first Toyota. Tony and the rest of the sales team at Gault made it a easy and stress free experience. I was a little disappointed that the car was not prepped before we picked it up. It was fresh off the assembly line, but the car wasn't cleaned. There was still marks on the windshield from installation. And finger prints in many locations. I never seen this on a brand new car. I hope that the service after the sale lives up to the sales team. ”

“ I will never bring my Toyota back here again. Their service department is horrible. They never help you same day, even with an emergency tire issue, which was my final straw. My tire ended up needing to be patched from a screw stuck in the tread. They’ve claimed the tire is fine multiple times when issue was brought up during service appts and most recently as a worsening condition yesterday. They told me it was just a maintenance oil change that needed to be reset I reset it it popped back up three seconds later. Call Toyota Williams they told me that it’s a Not an oil maintenance light and it needs to be seen.
