After my local dealers in Virginia Beach, VA had no luck getting the specific '11 4Runner Trail Edition I wanted via dealer exchange in our region, I found the exact one I wanted on Gault Toyota's website. I requested a quote through the website and I couldn't believe the price that I received minutes later. It was $3,000 less than what my local dealer was offering and well beyond the price I built on toyota.com  . The price was definitely in the range I was hoping to spend. Being in a situation where I needed a vehicle asap, I contacted Amanda Champion the next morning and asked for the out-the-door price. She gave me the exact price which was pretty much inline to what was quoted via email. From that point on, I was sold. The entire purchasing process went very smoothly, especially with me being 450 miles away from Gault Toyota, everything had to be coordinated via phone and email. Being a first time car buyer, she told me all the documents I needed to have with me so that when I fly in two days later, I will have no problems driving the 4Runner back down that same day. She communicated well with my bank which made it that much easier for me. Gault's shuttle picked me up from the airport Saturday morning, I met with Debbie to finalize my paperwork, and two hours later, I was back on the road driving home in my new 4Runner. I would definitely purchase from Gault again and would highly recommend my friends and family to purchase from them if they were willing to make the drive back down like I did. Well worth the trip.

I can tell you this; I have purchased from the other Toyota dealer in the area and the experience I had there was less than thrilling.  In fact while I was in the process of purchasing my Corolla from them I was on the phone with a representative from Gault discussing if all the hassle they were giving me was normal.  That representative from Gault assure me it wasn't and
it wasn't until the day I went to get my down payment back that my financing magically processed, (three weeks later).  I share that unhappy experience with you because I always remembered the representative from Gault who was so kind with me even though I hadn't even purchased a vehicle from Gault. She was amazing. 
  Recently when I decided to purchase a new Toyota I did look at the other dealership first, and honestly didn't like the stock they had, I didn't like the prices and I really didn't want to got through their process all over again.  So, I went to Gault web site, found a number of used vehicles that I thought would fit my budget, never thinking I would be able to afford a new one. 
  Upon meeting my sales agent Debbie the day of the test drive and there after I have never had such a more pleasant, smooth and exciting experience when I have car shopped in my life.  You can imagine my face when she said I could actually afford a brand new Rav 4 and still keep my payments where I wanted.  Everything about my buying experience was fabulous.  I felt like it was my birthdaywhen Deb unveiled my new car in the show room! 
  So a very special thank you to Deb and everyone I met at Gault who made my car buying experience so incredibly pleasant.  You have my business and hopefully all my friends.
